About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Broker to join our team at Vermelo RPO. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for handling a book of small renewals every month, working closely with our existing customers and insurers to provide bespoke policies that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Renew commercial insurance products to meet customer needs
  • Upsell and cross-sell insurance products to customers
  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities to close deals
  • Embody company values and customer charter promises
  • Work towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Minimum 1 year's commercial insurance experience or customer service experience
  • Target-driven and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Self-organizing and able to multitask
