KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in procurement operations, including supplier interactions and management of procurement systems.
  • Background in the marine or maritime industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitating procurement activities such as purchasing, supplier management, invoicing, and expense processing.
  • Supporting the Crewing Department in all facets of crew management, including staffing, certification, training, and professional development.
  • Coordinating with crewing agencies and service providers for crew logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Overseeing and maintaining the company's procurement and crew management systems.
  • Performing general administrative tasks and responsibilities as required.
