ARC Group is seeking a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to enhance our Water Engineering division. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse array of water management initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
- Oversee contract administration to meet budgetary and scheduling goals, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project planning and execution.
- Manage the change control process, including documentation of early warnings and preparation of variations.
- Develop and maintain design schedules with consulting partners, identifying critical risks and resource needs.
- Monitor project risks and opportunities, implementing necessary mitigation strategies.
- Administer projects under various contract types, including NEC, ensuring compliance with quality management standards.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration and achieve project objectives.
- Manage subcontractor performance and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Lead bid management for design tenders, supporting both standalone projects and framework agreements.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in delivering water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Strong commercial acumen, risk management, and contractual expertise.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
