About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Professionals in the London Borough of Hackney or Islington. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our clients, providing companionship, personal care, and support with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reflect the Core Values of Home Instead: Demonstrate a commitment to our core values of kindness, compassion, and respect for our clients and their families.
  • Contribute to a Positive Living Environment: Enhance the quality of life of our clients by creating a warm and welcoming environment in their homes.
  • Document Daily Activities: Record daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Maintain Regular Communication: Communicate regularly with line managers and office staff to ensure effective care planning and coordination.
  • Companionship and Social Interaction: Provide regular and meaningful social interaction with clients, including accompaniment to appointments, local activities, and shopping.
  • Home Help and Personal Care: Assist clients with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming.
Requirements
  • Willingness to Travel: Be willing to travel to clients' homes to provide care and support.
  • DBS Check: Undergo a full DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
  • No Care Qualifications Required: No prior care qualifications or experience are necessary, as we provide award-winning training to our Care Professionals.
  • Previous Experience Welcome: If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant, or caring for a loved one, we would love to hear from you.
