Role Overview
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines utilizing Scala, DBT, and SQL.
  • Implement and enhance distributed data processing solutions through MPP databases and advanced technologies.
  • Construct and deploy machine learning models leveraging frameworks such as Spark, Glue, and Iceberg.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and analysts to operationalize ML models and seamlessly integrate them into production systems.
  • Guarantee data quality and integrity throughout the entire data lifecycle.
  • Continuously optimize data processing and ML workflows to achieve enhanced performance.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven experience in data engineering and machine learning.
  • Mastery of Scala for developing data pipelines and ML models.
  • Hands-on expertise with DBT for data transformation and modeling.
  • Strong SQL skills for efficient data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience working with MPP databases and distributed processing technologies.
  • Familiarity with distributed processing frameworks like Spark, Glue, and Iceberg.
  • Ability to excel both independently and as a valuable member of a collaborative team environment.
