Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining compressed air systems for our customers in the Midlands area and nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and service compressed air systems for customers
  • Maintain and repair compressed air systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform technical training as required, which may involve travel within the UK
  • Adhere to all regulatory Health & Safety requirements and follow customer procedures
  • Correct and detailed paperwork, including reporting any potential or actual incidents of a dangerous nature
  • Share solutions with colleagues and strive to expand technical knowledge where possible
  • Review work sheets and parts issued to ensure the job can be completed and communicate with stores where required
  • Maintain verbal and written communications with customers and others as required
Requirements:
  • Engineering qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ)
  • Multi-skilled maintenance engineer with demonstrable field-based fault finding/problem solving skills in industrial electrical and mechanical engineering
  • Proven engineering background and ability to communicate successfully with colleagues and customers at all levels
  • Ability to follow and understand electrical drawings
  • Understanding of star/delta motor starters
  • Electrical fault finding ability, able to use a multi-meter
  • Evidence of accountability in terms of procedures and report writing skills
  • PC skills
  • Flexible working pattern to fulfil commitments, sometimes outside the working day
