About the Role

We're looking for a sales professional who can engage with prospective buyers at our new homes sites, providing an exceptional customer experience. As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you'll guide clients through the sales process, answering questions and addressing their needs. You'll develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their desires and helping them find the perfect home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective buyers at our new homes sites, providing an exceptional customer experience.

  • Be ready to move to new sites as each development sells out, bringing your expertise and enthusiasm wherever you go.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a sales professional with:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • A passion for property and a desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
