Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes to minimize defects and improve overall product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
  • Identify and report quality trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and quality control activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field, with a strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £33,000, with a £4,788 uplift for night shifts.
  • A fixed-term contract of 12 months, with opportunities for extension or permanent employment.
