Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced waiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a desire to be part of a vibrant and growing establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Provide exceptional table service by taking orders, serving food, and suggesting wines from our extensive selection.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our wine offerings and assist guests in making informed wine choices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the dining area is tidy and set up appropriately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Upsell wine options and promote special offerings to enhance the guest experience.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a waiter in a high-quality dining establishment.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of wines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
