Maternity Cover Team Leader for Care Home

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Sobell Lodge, a vibrant care home in Staplehurst, Kent. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for motivating and supervising your team, ensuring the delivery of care, personal support, daily living tasks, and activities to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver high-quality care and support to our customers.
  • Supervise and support your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our customers.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the care home, including managing rotas, budgets, and resources.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a care home or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with a commitment to customer-centered care.
  • A valid driving license and ability to work flexible hours, including sleep-ins and weekends.
