Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Specialist to join our team at our fast-paced sausage facility in Hull. As a Hygiene Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining acceptable conditions of cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping in our refrigerated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general and specific hygiene duties in accordance with established methods and safe systems of work.
- Clean to a standard that satisfies both internal and external specifications.
- Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in achieving departmental KPI targets.
Requirements and Specifications
- Be enthusiastic and motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Have the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Working Conditions
This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a refrigerated environment. The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, with A and B Shift Nights available.
Compensation
The hourly pay rate for this position is £13.98.
