WHAT WE SEEK:
The ideal candidate for the Metal Fabrication Specialist role will possess experience in both stainless steel fabrication and pipe installation. We are also open to candidates with expertise in either area. A qualification of NVQ level 3 in fabrication & welding or an equivalent certification is required, along with a valid driving license.
We prioritize honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic. All team members are expected to demonstrate excellent health and safety awareness and take pride in their workmanship. Effective communication skills are essential, as you may interact directly with clients both on-site and in the workshop.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
WORKSHOP DUTIES:
- Fabrication of stainless steel components
- Manufacturing of hygienic tanks
- Production of pressure vessels
- TIG and MIG welding tasks
SITE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installation of piping systems
- Welding of hygienic pipes
- Handling of heavy piping (SCH40+) in stainless and mild steel
- Conducting site repairs
- Performing work in confined spaces
COMPENSATION: Competitive rates in the industry, details provided upon inquiry. Additional rate enhancements available for specialized site roles.
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Overtime opportunities are available as needed.
