Customer Logistics Administrator

We are partnering with a global aviation manufacturing business to recruit a Customer Logistics Administrator to support their team in Kidlington.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders for aircraft parts, resolving customer issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the Supply Chain and external customers
  • Recognize new business opportunities and communicate them to management
  • Ensure business transactions comply with company policies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers
  • Maintain administrative systems and provide accurate documentation
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Strong administrative skills and a customer-focused mindset
