**Job Summary**

DX is seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of customers' products to their required premises.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Represent DX in a professional manner at all times, adhering to our company values and policies.
  • Drive company vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects or issues promptly and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Scan products using DX scanning equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery.
  • Load vehicles safely prior to departure, ensuring all products are secure and protected.
  • Manage delivery routes to achieve premium and timed deliveries, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment and personal protective gear are in good working order and used as required.
  • Report any delivery or on-road issues to the traffic office immediately, maintaining open communication.
  • Deliver products in excellent condition, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a polite and effective manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collect products in line with given instructions and times, maintaining efficient delivery operations.

**Essential Criteria**

  • Hold a valid C1 or above license, with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
  • Have a maximum of 6 points on your license and no bans.
  • Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
