Job Description

Chantecaille Beauté is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Public Relations and Marketing Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our PR and Marketing efforts, while gaining valuable industry experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Public Relations: Assist the PR Manager with daily press and social media monitoring, tracking results and metrics, clipping and saving coverage.
  • Trade Marketing: Support the Marketing Coordinator with E-Retail site maintenance, audits, promotional reporting, GWP calendar and retailer sampling, VM send-outs, counter maintenance, calendar and campaign tracking, competitor reporting, and PO raising.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update press and influencer contacts, assist with key research projects, and support with budget tracking.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with the PR and Marketing teams.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: You must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Team Player: A positive and professional attitude, with a strong desire to be part of a high-performance team, is essential for this role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is advantageous, as well as previous experience with media monitoring platforms and general industry and media knowledge.
