Job Title: Credit Controller

RG Consultancy is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team at Trafford Park. As a key member of the accounts team, you will be responsible for managing the debtors ledger, posting receipts, and chasing payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the debtors ledger to ensure accurate and timely collection of payments
  • Post all receipts to the customer ledger and reconcile accounts
  • Chase payments via telephone and email to minimize outstanding balances
  • Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
  • Set up new customers and update existing customer records as required
  • Manage the direct debit scheme and reconcile company credit cards
  • Deal with customer queries and provide excellent customer service
