About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Tyre Science Engineer to join our team at FMC Talent. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top F1 team and contribute to the development of precision engineering and competitive spirit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate pre-event reporting and contribute to post-event analysis and reporting of tyre performance
  • Collaborate with tyre science and software engineers on the design and development of tools used to monitor tyre performance
  • Review testing techniques and suggest changes for improvements
  • Manage tyre stock and supervise junior tyre engineers
Requirements
  • Strong technical background in racing tyres
  • Good understanding of the MAT-Atlas package
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite
  • Experience and knowledge of MATLAB & Simulink
