Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at We Help Recruit. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining industrial production machinery across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair packaging machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues to identify root causes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, including out-of-hours call coverage.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and maintain a budget for maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Centrally located in the UK to minimize travel time.
  • Great Britain coverage only, with estimated travel up to 45k miles per annum.
  • Experience in electromechanical and/or electronic engineering.
