We are seeking a skilled Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our dedicated outpatient team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of non-complex patients, providing assessments and treatments based on protocols and competencies.
  • Work under the guidance of registered therapists and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support timely patient discharge.
  • Enable patients and their families to achieve rehabilitation goals through treatment programs developed by Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.
  • Mentor junior therapy assistants, participate in in-service training, and support the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-focused care.
Requirements:
  • NVQ III in Diagnostics & Therapeutics or relevant qualification.
  • Experience working in a Therapy support worker role or exercise delivery role.
  • English and Maths GCSE grade 4 or functional skills level 2.
