Job Title: Primary School Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our team in Worthing. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of primary school students.

Job Summary:
  • Support teachers in delivering high-quality education to primary school students
  • Work with small groups to deliver interventions such as Phonics, Maths, and Literacy
  • Provide general classroom support and assist with guided reading
  • Contribute to creating a safe and positive learning environment
Requirements:
  • UK school-based experience desirable
  • Experience working with children
  • Good classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Current DBS or willingness to apply
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and proactive individual
