Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager specializing in Exhibitions and Stand Designs. This role involves collaborating with a variety of clients across multiple sectors to provide effective design solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire process of exhibition stand coordination, from the initial concept to on-site execution, supported by our internal team.
The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in the exhibitions or events sector, along with proficiency in design software such as SketchUp. You will be adept at client interactions and managing subcontractor activities related to technical exhibition requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibition Solutions: Gather essential information from clients regarding their exhibitions and deliver customized solutions, including estimates, designs, and formal quotations promptly.
- Client Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations surpassed, contributing to the growth of our portfolio.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to guarantee the smooth delivery of exhibition solutions.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Problem Solving: Tackle any challenges that arise with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Client Service Excellence: Deliver high levels of client satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and maintaining a client-centric approach.

- Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing client portfolios within the exhibition and events industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the AV and exhibitions sector is essential. A technical mindset is required to understand the products and services we provide.
