Key Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Providing individualized, evidence-based patient care that is both safe and cost-effective.
- Conducting preventative health initiatives, including travel and vaccination clinics, and new patient screenings.
- Performing technical nursing procedures for patients with specialized healthcare needs, such as wound care and ECGs.
- Leading health and wellness clinics focused on smoking cessation, weight management, and alcohol misuse.
- Maintaining accurate care plans for all patients, reflecting comprehensive assessments and recommendations.

Qualifications Required
Essential
- Registered nurse with valid NMC registration.
