Renal Nursing Opportunity at Diaverum

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at Diaverum in Walsall. As a renal nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for renal patients.
  • Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems to ensure safe and effective treatment.
  • Review pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify soon.
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
  • Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
