We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team within the Acute Medicine Unit at Raigmore Hospital. The successful candidate will have experience or be looking to gain experience within an acute environment.
About the Role- Work in a fast-paced and interesting environment within the Acute Assessment Unit, Ambulatory Emergency Care, and Medical High Dependency Unit.
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including Level 2 care, and develop critical care skills such as NIV, inotrope support, and monitoring arterial and central lines.
- Support staff on career pathways to develop skills for roles such as Senior Staff Nurses, Senior Charge Nurses, and Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
As a Staff Nurse in our Acute Medicine Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a large and diverse team, develop your clinical skills, and gain acute medical and critical care experience. We provide a supportive environment for staff to learn and develop themselves and their colleagues.
