Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-disciplined individual to join our team as a Field Operator. As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for visiting clients' homes to collect data through online surveys. This is a temporary role that offers a great opportunity to work independently and earn a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel within a designated radius to visit clients' homes and collect data through online surveys
• Ensure that clients are aware of the survey and are willing to participate
• Use excellent communication skills to persuade reluctant clients to participate in the survey
• Work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
• Use a laptop and smartphone to access and complete surveys
• Keep accurate records of survey completions and any issues encountered

Requirements

• A valid UK driving license and own car, with business car insurance
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to persuade reluctant clients
• Self-discipline and self-motivation, with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in using a laptop and smartphone
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Ability to complete a basic DBS check, if not already held

What We Offer

• A great hourly rate of £12.40, plus £0.45p per mile fuel allowance
• Flexible working hours between 09:00am and 08:00pm, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work
• Work for a duration of 6 months, with the potential for an extension
