About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Sales Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Assist in maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
  • Process and replenish stock, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory levels.
  • Support in stock inventory and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
