- Right to work in the UK documents (Passport & BRP)
- DBS (Must be on Update Service)
- Training Certificates
- Driving license
- A minimum of 6 months of work experience as a care assistant in the UK
- A passion for providing person-centred care and enhancing the quality of life of residents
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work shifts, including wake nights and weekends, as per the agency's rota
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
- A competitive hourly rate of £12/hour on weekdays and weekends
- A weekly pay system with no hidden fees or deductions
- A referral bonus scheme for recommending other candidates to join the agency
- A dedicated consultant who will support you throughout your assignments
