Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Support Worker/Care Assistant to join our team at Resilience Personnel Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and enhancing the quality of life of our residents in a care home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in patient rooms, adhering to ward protocol.
  • Aid service users in everyday activities, such as washing and dressing, ensuring their safety and effective care.
  • Support residents with their daily needs, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements:
  • Right to work in the UK documents (Passport & BRP)
  • DBS (Must be on Update Service)
  • Training Certificates
  • Driving license
  • A minimum of 6 months of work experience as a care assistant in the UK
  • A passion for providing person-centred care and enhancing the quality of life of residents
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work shifts, including wake nights and weekends, as per the agency's rota
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
