Allegra Care is seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to lead their team at Cedar Lawn, a 26-bedded converted Manor House nursing home in the Romsey area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a growing company and deliver exceptional care while being treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight of clinical governance and lead the care and nursing team to ensure the delivery of outstanding levels of care.
• Conduct supervision, appraisals, and training of clinical and care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Implement and support the provider's distinctive care model by effectively allocating resources and promoting a culture of excellence.
• Act as the deputy for the home manager during their absence, contributing to continuous improvements in the home.
• Participate in one, 12-hour nursing shifts per week with the remaining time being supernumerary.

You will need:

• Demonstrated nurse leadership skills with a proven track record of leading care and nursing teams.
• Experience in residential nursing home settings catering to the elderly and individuals with dementia, or relevant healthcare settings focusing on elderly patients.
• Proficient IT skills, including experience using care planning software.
• Nursing qualification (RGN) with an active PIN.
