Job Summary:- Full-time position with flexible shifts, including nights and days
- Competitive hourly rate of £22.50
- Opportunity to work with a experienced team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care
- Monitor and manage the care of residents, including administering medication and providing wound care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Supervise and support a team of care assistants to ensure the delivery of exceptional care
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Experience working in a nursing home or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
