Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our team in West Wick, Weston-Super-Mare. As a Staff Nurse with Brandon Trust, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals, providing specialist nursing care and support.
About the Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct care to individuals with learning disabilities, including developing daily living skills, accessing the community, and managing personal care and medication needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist nursing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each person
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Communicate effectively with families, stakeholders, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements
- Nursing qualification with current NMC registration (RNLD, RMN, or RGN)
