Avanti Recruitment is working with a leading software company that has been growing steadily since its inception in the early 1980s. We are currently seeking talented Full Stack Software Developers with 3+ years of experience to join their team at mid-level to senior positions.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in their Birmingham-based office. The company follows best practices and prides itself on writing strong, clean coded products. You will be working with.NET, Azure, SQL, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a cloud-based management system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Provide technical leadership for Agile Development teams focusing on a web-based SaaS platform
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and passion for creating web solutions
  • Experience in database development, including queries, performance optimization, table design, and stored procedures
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio and Agile frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
