About the Role

Ripjar Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the delivery of our software and data products that help governments and organisations combat serious financial crime.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with customers to understand their problems and requirements.
  2. Manage the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  3. Collaborate with engineering teams to remove roadblocks and smooth the path for continuous delivery.
  4. Balance delivery pressures and software quality for multiple concurrent projects.
  5. Assess project priorities and make informed decisions.
  6. Facilitate collaboration throughout the organisation to drive project success.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent Ripjar to customers.
  • Experience with different software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • A proven track record of delivering product-based implementation projects to multiple clients.
  • The ability to work closely with strong and demanding engineering teams.
  • Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
  • The ability to negotiate responsibilities and resourcing with other project managers and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on lateral thinking and passion for creating breakthrough strategies.

  • Base Salary of up to £65,000 per year, depending on experience.
