We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Fawkes & Reece South, a leading main contractor based in Reading. Our business operates across various sectors, including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and defence, with projects valued over 200 million.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a highly regarded main contractor, with a secure project pipeline. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing key packages from procurement through to final account, undertaking CVR's to report on the progress of works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale projects, overseeing packages from procurement to final account
  • Monitor project costs against programme
  • Mentor junior team members and support senior team members in daily tasks

Requirements:

  • HNC or Construction-related degree
  • Valid British passport
  • Experience working for a reputable main contractor
  • Experience in managing packages from procurement to final account
