Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Business Transformation Projects: Oversee the analysis and delivery of key business and technology change projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
  • Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collect, document, and analyze business requirements, and translate them into clear technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to ensure that project goals are clearly understood and met.
  • Mentor and Guide Team Members: Provide leadership, support, and skill development to a team of Business Analysts, ensuring the consistency and quality of business analysis across projects.
  • Communicate Effectively: Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Perform process analysis, create workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Document and Test: Develop detailed documentation, including business cases, user stories, functional specifications, and test plans, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Project Management: Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and best practices to improve project delivery and business analysis processes.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering successful business and technology change projects.
  • Mentoring and Leadership: Experience in mentoring or leading a team of Business Analysts, with a focus on developing skills and ensuring quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and understand the broader business impact of decisions.
  • Project Delivery Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Process Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed process flows, documentation, and user stories.
  • Facilitation and Communication: Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Systems and Tools: Knowledge of relevant business systems and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc.).
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
