Key Responsibilities- HR System Management: You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our HR system, Hibob, ensuring that all employee data is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Document Management: You will be responsible for creating, updating, and filing employee documents, including offer letters, contracts, and benefits information.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: You will coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that they have all necessary documentation and information to get started. You will also be responsible for offboarding departing employees, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to maintain a smooth transition.
- Benefits Administration: You will be responsible for administering employee benefits, including health insurance, share options, and other perks.
- Project Support: You will provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives within the People & Talent team.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in HR systems, such as Hibob, is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
