About the Role

Ambitek Limited is seeking an experienced CNC Vertical Borer to join our team in the manufacturing sector. As a CNC Vertical Borer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machinery, working with large components, and ensuring high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CNC Vertical Borer machinery with precision and accuracy
  • Work with large components up to 35 tons, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
  • Program, set, and operate Fanuc controls with ease and efficiency
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate production
  • Inspect own work to ensure high-quality standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Vertical Borer
  • Served an apprenticeship in CNC Machining or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of Fanuc controls and CNC machinery
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
