Ultra Maritime is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join our Development Capability team in Staffordshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the development and testing of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop system test suits to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability.
- Conduct development and qualification testing to validate system performance and functionality.
- Undertake reasonable tasks as directed by the engineering and project functions to support project objectives.
- Undertake engineering tasks as required by the project and the business to support projects and programmes.
- Undertake testing and laboratory testing of products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Document appropriately the work and activities undertaken in line with local operating procedures.
- HNC/HND/BTEC or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent and suitable experience gained in previous engineering roles.
- GCSE Grades A-C/9-4 Math's & English or equivalent.
- Travel to alternative locations in the UK and abroad to undertake occasional off-site activities is required.
- Working overtime and unsociable hours as and when required.
- Financial support to candidates considering relocation.
