Content Creator for Digital Media

Position Overview:
As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in the creation, optimisation, and management of our YouTube channels and various social media platforms. You will be responsible for editing videos, filming content, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of content creation to ensure maximum engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and enhance video content to meet our brand standards and maintain high production quality.
- Film and capture footage for various types of content, including vlogs, tutorials, interviews, and more.
- Manage the upload schedule, metadata, and optimisation of videos on YouTube to maximise reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to brainstorm ideas and develop compelling video concepts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in video editing, videography, and YouTube channel management.
- Monitor channel performance metrics, analyse audience feedback, and make data-driven decisions to improve content strategy and viewer experience.
- Engage with the YouTube community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing, videography, and YouTube channel management.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of YouTube analytics and SEO best practices to optimise video performance.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for digital media and content creation.
