About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our fleet maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a range of inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures on a variety of vehicles, trailers, and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair procedures on light and heavy goods vehicles
  • Use personal toolkit to undertake routine maintenance and repair tasks
  • Work with specialist tooling and shared equipment in our modern, fully equipped workshops
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of our fleet
Requirements
  • IMI Level 3 qualified mechanic with experience working on a wide range of vehicles
  • Valid UK driving licence and ability to work on a flexible shift rota
  • High working standards and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to service demands and willingness to support the team
