About the Organization

Position Overview
In the role of Chief Financial Officer, you will hold the top position in the finance department, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Enhancing the financial performance of the organization
  • Assisting in the formulation of the financial strategy and providing guidance to the executive team for its execution
  • Ensuring the organization maintains precise financial forecasts and models
  • Leading, managing, and nurturing the team responsible for financial and management accounting, as well as financial planning and analysis
  • Overseeing the implementation of effective procurement strategies, policies, and performance indicators

Qualifications for Success

  • Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Extensive experience in a senior management role
  • Proven track record in developing annual budgets and analytical models
  • Strategic thinking capabilities
  • Experience in leading annual statutory reporting processes
