Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong international background to support a growing Professional Services organization. This role is crucial in navigating the complexities of international HR operations.

About the Role:
This position is a part-time contract role, designed to assist in the establishment of a new office in the US. The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Head of HR to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute HR strategies tailored for expansion.
2. Research and create a competitive compensation and benefits framework.
3. Align HR practices across various business units.
4. Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and relocation initiatives.
5. Establish comprehensive HR policies for international operations.
6. Identify and mitigate risks associated with international employment.
7. Collaborate with senior leadership on international HR issues.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess CIPD certification and have substantial experience in a similar start-up or scale-up environment, particularly within the international context. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to implement effective HR solutions are essential.

Compensation:
The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 (pro rata), commensurate with experience. There is also potential for a day rate arrangement for the right candidate.
