We cater to businesses of all sizes, with employee headcounts ranging from 5 to 500.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Human Resources & Recruitment Administrator to enhance our operations. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR Consultants, including drafting standard correspondence, contracts, and updating client HR software systems.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to execute various client HR initiatives.
  • Support the Recruitment Team with administrative tasks, such as evaluating candidates, managing recruitment software, and completing necessary documentation.
  • Conduct basic candidate searches utilizing job boards and headhunting techniques, while keeping clients informed about their recruitment progress.
  • Accurately log time spent on tasks against the relevant client/project/campaign as directed by your supervisor, using our project management software.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Relevant educational background or practical experience in Business Administration or a related HR qualification.
  • A genuine interest in HR and Recruitment processes, gaining comprehensive exposure to the HR and RPO sectors.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 3 or higher.
  • A keen interest in HR and Recruitment processes, with a desire to gain full exposure to the HR and RPO landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: £25,000 - £27,500 per annum.

  • Monday to Friday (applications for both full-time and part-time positions are welcome).
