M&D Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Residential Manager to lead our exceptional team in providing high-quality care services.

As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential service. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily activities, fostering a positive work environment, and upholding the highest standards of care for the individuals we support.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Meet all registration requirements and performance standards set by the CIW.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized support plans, and implement risk management strategies.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional care services that prioritize the well-being and individual needs of each person we support.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee best practices are consistently adhered to.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff members, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and conduct evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of our services.
  • Provide regular supervisions, appraisals, and mentorship to your team members.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to identify, select, and onboard qualified staff.
  • Prepare and submit reports and documentation to regulatory bodies as required.
  • Manage the rota coordination process to ensure timely and efficient staffing schedules.
  • Facilitate regular staff meetings and management discussions to promote communication and teamwork.
  • Build strong relationships with our Head of Service, customers, care managers, and stakeholders.
What We Look For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for providing exceptional care. You will possess:

  • Proven experience working in a management role within a residential or domiciliary care setting.
  • A QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and ethical practices.
