Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
- Conducting thorough research on leads, engaging in proactive outreach, and developing extensive knowledge of the market
- Establishing who is the decision-maker and identifying whether the company could use our product range, and within what timeframe
- Accurately entering all data onto our Customer Relationship Management system
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An outstanding record of sales achievement, ideally within the F&B industry
- 3+ Years sales experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of hitting meeting targets
- Ability to work with defined KPI's, processes, and guidelines
- Good IT skills and experience with a CRM system
- Proficiency in English required, other languages a bonus
- Full training given, but computer literacy is required
- A valid driving licence
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000- £35,000, performance-related bonus, use of company vehicle, phone, and laptop.
