About the Role

JEM Childcare Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Outdoor Nursery Leader to oversee our vibrant nursery environment. This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about outdoor education and child development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the nursery team, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality early years education in line with current frameworks.
  • Inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence in their roles.
  • Engage with children in an outdoor setting, promoting exploration and learning through nature.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a nursery setting.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, guiding and supporting teams.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and facilitating their learning journeys.
  • Strong knowledge of the latest Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Ofsted standards and requirements.
