We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team at a thriving hospitality establishment. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for culinary excellence and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £26,000
Located in a vibrant area, this position offers:
- 2 Days off per week
- 45 Hours of work weekly
- Complimentary Parking
Live-in accommodation is available, with a salary of £25,000 and free lodging.
The successful candidate will have experience in high-volume food preparation and will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the development of an enticing menu
- Training and mentoring kitchen staff
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
Our establishment features a bustling restaurant and is renowned for hosting numerous events, including weddings and conferences. We pride ourselves on our popular Sunday Carvery.
Key Requirements for the Assistant Kitchen Manager Role:
- Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
