Overview:

We are seeking a skilled PAM Solutions Architect to join our team at Ubique Systems. This role involves collaborating with a Digital Identity team to implement a comprehensive Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution for a secure client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PAM technologies and must hold the necessary security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation:

  • Architect and deploy PAM solutions tailored to meet organizational security needs.
  • Create and maintain architectural documents, including high-level and low-level designs.
  • Engage with clients through workshops and consultations, working alongside their cybersecurity experts.

Administration and Support:

  • Facilitate the transition of PAM solutions into operational status.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for the Operations Team, including run books and troubleshooting guides.

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement best practices and policies for privileged access management.
  • Conduct regular security evaluations to ensure adherence to internal and external standards.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to provide necessary documentation and reports.

Collaboration and Training:

  • Work with IT, security, and development teams to align PAM solutions with business objectives.
  • Create and deliver training materials for IT personnel and end-users on PAM best practices.
  • Participate in incident response efforts, providing expertise on privileged access incidents.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats related to PAM and cybersecurity.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing the efficiency and security of PAM solutions.
  • Lead and engage in PAM-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience in IT security, focusing on identity and access management.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with BeyondTrust PAM solutions in architectural roles.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing PAM architectures in large organizations.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of PAM principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in the BeyondTrust PAM suite, including Password Safe and Privilege Management.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as BeyondTrust Certified Implementation Engineer, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
