- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the home operates in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience in a residential care setting, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on staff development and well-being.
- Qualifications to Level 3, with a willingness to work towards Level 4/5.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
