Job Opportunity:
A Credit Controller position has become available at Mitchell Adam, a well-regarded manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining UK, European, and Rest of the World sales ledgers, chasing aged debt, and clearing old unallocated balances/credit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective communication with European-based suppliers and buyers in German.
- Experience in debt recovery and customer query resolution.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to manage workload and meet performance targets.
- Attention to detail for completing and updating weekly reports to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal German language skills.
- Previous experience in Credit Control or a related field.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
What You Will Receive:
A fast-paced and dynamic work environment, working as part of a team of 6 credit controllers. The role is office-based, located in the Kingswinford, Dudley area.
