We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Lead Occupational Therapist. Key Responsibilities- Provide expert assessment and interventions to patients within their own environment using a broad range of therapeutic assessment techniques.
- Oversee and support a varied clinical caseload and provide person-centred and needs-led care.
- Supervise junior staff and students, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and success.
- Provide leadership to Occupational Therapists working within our community mental health team.
- Contribute to the development of our occupational therapy pathway, ensuring it is aligned with our service's goals and objectives.
